Each order is shipped within 1/3 working days (Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are excluded). Standard shipments to SICILY take from 2 to 5 working days, in the rest of ITALY from 3 to 6 working days, in EUROPE from 3 to 8 working days and REST OF THE WORLD from 10 to 23 working days. Each item, whether an accessory and/or jewel, is made of polymer clay. This material is very resistant despite being similar to ceramic in terms of cooking, each object is born white, is modeled to give shape and subsequently painted and protected by glossy varnish. Majolica tiles are very resistant and do not break, but additional accessories such as pendants and stones or pearls can break if knocked or if they fall. The varnish protects them but it will be your responsibility to look after the jewels with care and always store them in their original packaging, so you will avoid ruining them and they will last over time. As for metals, over time they naturally undergo oxidation caused by the air. Some of them are more delicate, for example plated metals, and contact with treated or salted water and direct contact with perfumes and creams should be avoided. Metals such as stainless steel in the natural silver color, it is very resistant and can be worn under water. A piece of advice I can give you when wearing jewellery: Always wear it as the last accessory when dressing and remove it first when undressing. Do not spray perfume on the jewel.

It is advisable not to wear jewelery at the seaside, in the swimming pool or in the shower. Each jewel is protected and made shiny by the water-repellent transparent varnish, which also protects from the oxidation of UV rays, avoiding yellowing. If wet with treated or salted water, we recommend washing them with fresh water and drying them carefully. Micro majolica, on the other hand, are jewels suitable to be worn under water, unless they are carefully dried after contact with water. Taking care of your jewel and always storing it in its original packaging will ensure that it lasts over time.

All jewels are hypoallergenic and nickel free Therefore, if you have a strong allergy to all types of metals, you will find a section dedicated to metal-free jewellery, made with resin earrings, cotton or fabric cords.
